All deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure you have assistance available.
Panel prices include delivery to mainland England & Wales.
- Standard delivery within 5 working days.
- For mainland Scotland please contact us for a delivery quote.
- For UK islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands please contact us for a delivery quote.
For Express Delivery, same-day, or next-day delivery, please email us for details, and we will confirm availability and pricing.
Returns
Please note that the above delivery rates are subsidized and do not reflect the true cost of shipping. Shipping for returns at customer request will be charged at the full shipping rate. Please contact us for costs.
Delivery Process:
Once an order is received, the panels will be prepared for our couriers to pick up. We will email you when your order is with our couriers. Most UK mainland customers should receive their order within the selected timeframe. If there is a major delay, we will notify you promptly.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from delivery outside of these estimated timescales.
Delivery is kerbside only. Please ensure there is assistance available at the delivery address to accept large orders. If there is likely to be a problem with access, please inform us at the time of order.
All panel orders are delivered via a carrier service on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. You will need to sign for your delivery.
Transit damage occasionally occurs. If there is any sign of damage to your panels upon arrival, please refuse delivery, and we will resend. Please inspect your panels upon arrival for visible damage and note any transit damage on the delivery note. Please also take a photograph at the time of delivery.
If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, our carrier will attempt a re-delivery or you may have to collect your order from the carrier’s nearest depot, or incur redelivery charges. You may choose to have the delivery left with a friend, neighbor, or another specified place, but Element Products Ltd cannot be responsible for any transit damage or subsequent loss or theft of the goods if you choose not to sign for your delivery.
While we endeavor to deliver to the majority of the UK, we reserve the right to refuse your order if our carrier cannot deliver to your location or if our estimated cost of carriage exceeds the delivery charge on your order. Please allow up to 28 days from our receipt of your order and clearance of your payment to receive your goods.
Click & Collect:
Click & Collect orders are generally ready the same working day as your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is being prepared by the warehouse. Collection is available 2 hours after you receive the email. If you need to collect sooner, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Open weekdays from 09.00 to 16.00 only.
(Payment by Google or Apple Pay will not offer a pick-up option.)
When picking up, please park in the designated visitor space and enter the warehouse through the indicated door. Please note that orders not collected within 30 days will be treated as returns and will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we have had to suspend our international shipping due to current export complications. For overseas purchases, please order as normal for delivery to a UK address and arrange your own shipping
