Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Occasionally items may be lost or damaged during transit, beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are discretionary and subject to Element Products Ltd.'s policies. Contact us via email, phone, or mail using the details on our Contact page.

For dissatisfaction or no longer needing a part of your purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in resalable condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been cut, finished, or previously installed.

Failure to include your invoice will delay the processing of your return. Return shipping costs are not covered if you've decided against the product or due to slight color variations from our website, owing to wood's natural properties.

In the case of rejected or returned orders, where free delivery was provided, refunds will be issued minus the delivery cost and a restocking charge of 30% of the price paid by you for the Panels.

Report any damages within 2 days of delivery. Send images of the damage to to initiate the replacement process. The original packaging is necessary for returns, regardless of damage.

Once you've reported the return request, our carrier will confirm the collection date and associated costs, if applicable. Collection costs for unwanted panels typically amount to £25 per box, including VAT, deducted from your refund. Collection occurs only from the original delivery address.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of item return. If you choose to return items directly to us, note that we are not liable for damage during transit and won't issue refunds.
