Here at Element, we are very pleased to announce that our client’s home, Keynvor (Moku) in Mawgan Porth has been shortlisted for a variety of awards, from ‘Building of the Year’ to ‘Best Individual New Home’. The home also won some of the awards it was shortlisted for. We are very pleased to be part of such a wonderful project in 2024.

Michelmores Property Awards 2024 - Shortlisted
We are delighted to share that Keynvor has been shortlisted for "Building of the Year". The award was held on 27th June 2024 and was won by Winterstoke Hundred Academy located in Weston-super-Mare. Keynvor was also shortlisted for the Leisure and Tourism Project of the Year.
The Michelmores Property Awards celebrate the best property, development, and construction projects in the Southwest, bringing together everyone who contributes to the region’s property, real estate, and construction sectors. While aesthetics and functionality are key, sustainability and innovation are equally valued. The competition highlights a wide range of commercial and residential projects, giving shortlisted and winning schemes an opportunity to shine.
LABC Building Excellence Awards 2024 - Regional Winner
The LABC Building Excellence Awards are a B2B awards program for the U.K. building control sector, it is a process with three stages beginning with nominations made in each of their 12 regions which include London, South West, and Central.
We are very proud that Keynvor has won the award for “Best Individual Home” in the Southwest region. The project has used beautiful panels in various places in the house which makes it versatile and great to add a touch of luxury.
Green Apple Awards 2024 – Beautiful Buildings
The Green Apple Environment Awards is an award scheme to recognise, reward, and promote environmentally friendly practices all around the world. The Beautiful Buildings Awards are part of The International Green Apple Environment Awards for Building and Construction, which celebrate structures that have had a positive impact and are eco-friendly.
These awards were presented on 1st July 2024.
RICS UK Awards 2024: South West – Residential Development (Regional winners)
We are thrilled to see Keynvor win a regional award in the residential development category, it was applauded for its beautiful fabric-first approach and great design and construction keeping sustainability at its forefront.
The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) award celebrates the U.K.’s most innovative and inspirational projects that have had a positive impact on the community and the environment.
